How do I open an account?

You will need to come to City Hall and complete an application for services. Applications can be printed from this site; you can complete the application and bring it with you when you come. In addition to the application, we also require a copy of your Driver's License.

How long will it take to connect my service after I have applied?

In most cases services can be connected the same business day, however, it is not guaranteed. As mentioned above there is an additional service charge for connections after 3:00 pm.

How much can I expect to pay for my new service to be connected?

There is a security deposit of $150.00 which includes water, sewer, and garbage. For new services requesting connection after 3:00 pm there is a service charge of $30.00.
