Lakeside Park, Westside Park, Fletcher Myers Park Rules

The City of Lake Butler is proud to provide spaces for recreation within the city limits. The following rules are enforced at all city parks.

  1. No alcoholic beverages
  2. No intoxicated persons
  3. No loitering
  4. No dogs, except service dogs
  5. No rollerblading and/or skateboarding
  6. No bicycles on the dock or in park
  7. No ATV's in the park
  8. No horses in the park
  9. No diving from the dock
  10. No loud music

Splash Park

Pavilion and Gazebo Use

ALL PAVILIONS AT LAKESIDE PARK ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, NO RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE. If you would like to rent the Hal Y. Maines Community Center please click here for rental rates. We ask that all park guest use trash receptacles.

 



 

 

 

 

The following rules are enforced while visiting the Lakeside Splash Park:

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, PLAY AT OWN RISK

  1. Splash Park Capacity: 20 Persons
  2. This park was designed for children 12 and under.
  3. Children must be supervised by an adult (18+)  at all times.  Monitoring your child/children remains your responsibility.
  4. Please shower before entering the water playground.
  5. All patrons must conduct themselves in a courteous, safe and family-oriented manner. Food and drink are prohibited in the water playground.
  6. No climbing/sitting on fence or water features
  7. All pets are prohibited.
  8. No rough play, running or profanity.
  9. No chairs, skateboards, bikes, roller blades, scooters, balls or toys of any type allowed in play area.
  10. Proper swimwear required.  No bathing or use of soaps and shampoos.
  11. Absolutely no tobacco products in water playground.
  12. Splash Park water is NOT for consumption.
  13. Splash Park hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to dusk
  14. Please note that for uninterrupted service of the splash park, please remove playground sand from feet and clothes prior to entering the pad. Sand, linen fibers, and other foreign matter clog the filters and shut down the system. DO NOT bring in sand to the splash pad area!
