Low-Income Water Assistance Program

Need assistance with paying your utility bill? 

Suwannee River Economic Council with the funding assistance of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity now has the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program or LIWHAP for short. 

This program is designed to help residents receive financial assistance to pay their utility bills.
