Public Records Request

The City of Lake Butler permits inspection and examination of public records by any person(s) desiring to do so, under reasonable conditions, at any reasonable time under the supervision of the Custodian of the public record or the Custodian’s designee.

Public record request forms can also be obtained in person from City Hall located at 200 SW 1^st St. Lake Butler, FL 32054, or by email to mevernden@cityoflakebutler.com

Cost of Duplication

Single-sided copies: 15 cents

Double-sided copies: 20 cents

*A special service charge may apply if the nature or volume of the public record to be inspected requires extensive use of technology resources or  extensive clerical or supervisory assistance.
