Public Works

The City of Lake Butler is proud to offer water, sewer, garbage pick up, and mosquito spraying services to its residents. These services are all paid for through your Utility Bill.

It is the mission of the city to provide accurate utility bills in a timely manner to our residents. 

PAYING YOUR UTILITY BILL

E-Billing is now available! Customers are able to view and pay their bill online as well as sign up for E-Billing.  Just visit lakebutler.authoritypay.com to register. Each customer will be asked for their account number and CID. These numbers are located on the customer’s bill or can be obtained by contacting City Hall at (386) 496-3401.

Utility Bills are due by the 20th of every month by 5:00pm. ALL UTILITY ACCOUNTS NOT PAID IN FULL after the 20th at 5:00pm will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? 

Cash, check, money order, and credit cards (with a convenience fee) are forms accepted when paying your utility bill. You may use online bill pay, drive-thru service, lobby service, or the overnight dropbox when paying your bill. You can also mail your payment to 200 SW 1st Street, Lake Butler FL 32054.
