- At the Regular City Commission Meeting on September 16, 2025, the City Commission approved the State-required Restrictive Covenants for this project, which will be signed and recorded at the Union County Clerk of Courts on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
- At the Regular City Commission Meeting on September 16, 2025, the City Commission awarded the RFQ to Perry Roofing Contractors for the reroofing of the Townsend Green Building. The Contractor’s Agreement between the City of Lake Butler & Perry Roofing Contractors will be placed on the October 21, 2025 agenda.
